% 24.10.2016 Petitioner and respondent no.2 are neighbours. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel took place between petitioner and respondent no.2 on some trivial matter resulting in the present incident. Being neighbours, petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the mediation centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that she has compromised the matter with petitioner without any force, undue influence and coercion and is not willing to pursue the matter. Respondent no.2 further submits that FIR be quashed. Keeping in mind the facts that disputes arose between the neighbours resulting in the incident which has led to registration of present FIR and that

respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.275/2013 under Sections 451/354/506 IPC registered at PS Fatehpur Beri, which is at the initial investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
