This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that an arbitrator be appointed in place of Justice A. P. Shah (Retired), who was earlier appointed as an arbitrator but had resigned on account of other assignments.

The learned counsel for the parties have contacted Justice A. P. Shah, (Retired) and he is now in a position to resume arbitration. The learned counsel jointly requests that Justice A. P. Shah (Retired) be re-appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. It is, accordingly, so directed. The parties are at liberty to approach Justice A. P. Shah (Retired) for further proceedings.
