% 05.05.2017 In view of the circumstance that CO.PET.152/2016, titled as 'Rajni Anand vs. Cosmic Structures Ltd.', has already been admitted by this Court, by way of order dated 11.01.2017, and the Official Liquidator attached to this Court has been appointed as Provisional Liquidator, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a claim before the Official Liquidator, as and when the latter invites claims, in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
