% 28.08.2017 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.07.2016 passed by the learned Additional Special Judge - Special Fast Track Court NorthWest, Rohini Courts, Delhi in FIR No.305/15 whereby charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 365/366/376(2)(n) IPC. The petitioner is said to have abducted the complainant deceitfully on 24.03.2015 from Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital after making her unconscious by administering some stupefying substance. Later, the prosecutrix was taken to several places where she was subjected to sexual intercourse.

Regard being had to the nature of the allegation and the materials collected against the petitioner during the investigation, no interference is required in the order framing charges against the petitioner. The revision petition is dismissed.
