Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the stand taken by respondent No.4 in its counter affidavit, particularly in paragraph 18 and in reply to grounds (D) to (F). He states that the prayer in the petition has been met, however, the other grounds or any question of law be left open to be argued in appropriate cases. He further submits that in case of any further grievance, liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court and the present order may not come in its way. 2.
