% 29.11.2016 It is stated that the amounts claimed have been approved. The principal amount due together with the interest shall be remitted to the petitioner's account within one week. A direction is also issued that the interest shall be paid from the date it became due and not from the date of furnishing Form-9 and the calculation of interest shall be indicated. In case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to the VATO who shall decide the application within a month of its presentation.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending application.
