These are the applications filed on behalf of the appellant seeking withdrawal of the above-captioned appeals.

We see no difficulty in allowing the prayer.

Accordingly, the prayers made in the above-captioned applications are allowed.

In view of the afore-mentioned order passed in C.M.
Nos.
21330/2024 & 21328/2024, nothing further needs to be done in the abovecaptioned appeals. 7.
Case papers shall stand consigned to the record. 8.
The date already fixed in the matter, i.e. 08.05.2024 shall stand cancelled.

Registry will dispatch copy of the order passed today to the counsel on record for the respondents.
