1. The prayers in the present writ petition does not survive in view of the reasoned order dated 22/24th October 2018 passed by the Principal Chief Security Officer, pursuant to this Court's order dated 11th July 2018. A copy thereof has been provided to learned counsel for the Petitioner.
2. The representation of the Petitioner has been considered and he has been awarded a 'censure' for the only charge for which he was found guilty. He has been taken back in service and posted at Delhi.
