% 04.07.2017 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the property on the basis of which an injunction order is sought, namely, property bearing No. 84, 3rd Floor, East Avenue Road, New Delhi has already been sold vide sale deed dated 31.05.2017. Copy of the sale deed has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, it is manifest that the present petition has become infructuous. Taking this statement of the learned counsel for the respondent on record, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps as per law.
