O R D E R

% 10.01.2018 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioners seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreement dated 19.01.2015, which contains an Arbitration Agreement in Clause 10 thereof. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that it has no objection in case the disputes are referred to be adjudicated under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

In view of the above, I direct the parties to appear before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) on 6th February, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. DIAC shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The arbitration and the fee shall be governed by the rules of the DIAC. All the contentions of either party shall remain open during the arbitration proceedings.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions. Dasti.
