This is an application filed under section 151 of CPC for withdrawal of petition on the ground that the matter has been settled under the scheme "Vivad Se Vishwas-II".

It is stated that the matter has been settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 20.06.2024.

For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of binding the parties to the terms of the settlement agreement.

In case the amounts are not paid, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition.
