O R D E R

% 26.10.2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.583/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 323/341/354/34 34 IPC against the petitioners at Police Station Rajouri Garden.

The complainants are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer as well as the counsel. The parties have arrived at a settlement on 13.10.2016, which has been placed on record. The complainant states that they have not been

subjected to any pressure or coercion and that they have entered the settlement out of their own free will. They further state that they join the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

The petitioners are present in court and have expressed their remorse. They state that they are sorry about their conduct and undertake that they shall not involve in such acts in the future. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
