Upon hearing, the application is allowed and the date of 22nd July, 2019 is cancelled and the hearing of the bail application is preponed for today.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 2112/2018 Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that evidence of PW-2 & PW-6 has been recorded by trial court subsequent to the BAIL APPLN. 2112/2018

cancellation of bail to petitioner. So, permission is sought to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh application for bail before trial court.

In view of the aforesaid, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is made clear that trial court shall consider petitioner's application for bail afresh, in the light of the deposition of PW-2 & PW-6 and shall not be influenced by the cancellation of bail granted to petitioner earlier.
