By an order dated 09.05.2014, Mr S. L. Khanna (Retired) ADJ was appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the claims as indicated in the said order.

On 05.08.2016, Mr S. L. Khanna indicated his inability to continue with the proceedings and has recused from the proceedings. Therefore, an Arbitrator is required to be appointed in place of Mr S. L. Khanna.

The learned counsel for the respondent also requests that an Arbitrator be so appointed.

Accordingly, Mr S.M.

Chopra, ADJ (Retired), Mobile No.

9213230349 is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the subject disputes between the parties.

The Arbitrator shall continue from the stage of the proceedings as before Mr S. L. Khanna.

The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for holding further hearings. The parties shall also collect the records of the proceedings from Mr S. L. Khanna and file the same before the newly appointed Arbitrator. The fees of the Arbitrator is

fixed at `1 lacs.

The petition is disposed of.
