By this petition the petitioners seek protection from respondent Nos. 3 and 4 who are their son and daughter-in-law.

On 1st December, 2017 when the parties appeared before this Court, this Court spoke to the parties and since the dispute was primarily for partition of the property and share of the parties, this Court directed the parties to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

A report of the learned Mediator has been received stating that no settlement has been arrived at between the parties. 4.

While seeking protection in the present petition no details as to when the threat was extended are given and no complaint except the one at page 19 of the paper-book dated 31st May, 2017 has been filed. W.P.(CRL) 1785/2017

As per the said complaint the allegations are of beating the petitioners on 13th May, 2018. From the documents annexed with the complaint, since no apprehension of any threat is made out, this Court finds no ground to pass any order.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
