By way of present applications, the applicant/appellant seeks extension of time for furnishing probation bond in compliance of the order dated 22.09.2025.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for State.

The subject appeal came to be disposed of vide order dated 22.09.2025 granting the benefit of Probation of Offenders Act to the appellant/applicant in view of the probation report and social investigation report received.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant submits that the applicant could not furnish the probation bond on account of demise in the appellant's family. bond may be extended. He further, upon instructions, submits that the applicant/appellant will furnish the probation bond within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the averments made in the applications, the applications are allowed and the time for furnishing probation bond is extended for a period of two weeks.
