% 07.07.2017 The petitioner has already joined investigation on 14.06.2017. From the averments made in the FIR as also the materials collected against her, there does not appear to be any necessity of custodial interrogation.

Dr.M.P. Singh, APP has also submitted that if the petitioner continues to participate in the investigation in right earnest, there would be no necessity of taking her in the custody.

The petitioner was given interim protection by a bench of this Court on 12.06.2017.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, in the event of arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on her furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

The application is disposed of.
