A perusal of the order dated 11.09.2023, indicates that on 16.05.2023 the counsel for the petitioner was discharged. Court Notice was directed to be issued to the petitioners consequent thereto vide the order dated 22.03.2023 which was duly served upon them. 2.

However, by way of abundant indulgence, this Court has deferred adverse orders. Even today there is no appearance on behalf of the parties.

It appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution.
