1. These petitions were filed against certain interim orders passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT') during the pendency of the main OA Nos. 3098/2016, 3099/2016 & 3.100/2016. In the present petitions, it Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

was directed by this Court that the repatriation of the Petitioners to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) would be subject to the outcome of these petitions.

2. During the pendency of the present petitions, these OAs have been disposed of in favour of the present Petitioners. Against the said order of the CAT allowing the Petitioners' OAs, however, the NHAI has filed W.P.(C) Nos. 3166/2017 & 3170/2017, in which interim orders have been passed. It is plain, therefore that the repatriation of the Petitioners would now be subject to the outcome of W.P. (C) Nos. 3166/2017 & 3170/2017.

3. In that view of the matter, the present petitions have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such.
