% 06.12.2016 CRL.M.A.6105/2016 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking rectification in order dated 25th February, 2016 filed on behalf of the petitioner. Arguments heard.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that she does not want to file reply to this application and submits that she has no objection if the application is allowed.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed.

The order dated 25th February, 2016 is modified to the extent that in para No.1, the impugned order dated 4th September, 2014 be read as 11th September, 2014 and reproduction of impugned order dated 4th September, 2014 is deleted.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
