In pre Lok Adalat sittings the matter has already been settled and learned counsel for appellant has signed such settlement. 2.

It has been agreed that the Insurance Company would pay an amount of ₹5,50,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Tribunal towards full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant. 3.

Learned counsel for Insurance Company has now brought the cheque of amount of ₹5,50,000/- bearing No.001594 dated 08.04.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of appellant.

The instrument has been handed over to the office staff of the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee to be released to appellant as full and final settlement of the claim.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties and subject to clearance of above cheque, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.

The appeal and pending application is disposed of, subject to completion of due formalities.
