By order dated 6 February 2026 in Transfer Petition (Civil) 576-598/2019, the Supreme Court has directed transfer of the records of this case along with several other matters to the Supreme Court. Certain other writ petitions have already been transferred. 3.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transmit the records of this writ petition to the Supreme Court in terms of the order dated 6 February 2026.
