CRL.M.C. 3950/2016 and Crl.M.A.No.16553/2016 (stay) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking setting aside/quashing of the order dated 9th August, 2016 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Criminal Case No.529046/2016 whereby NBWs were issued against the petitioners due to non-appearance. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to settle the matter with the complainant, however, the Court below proceeded with

issuance of NBWs against the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below on 23rd November, 2016, the date already fixed and shall move appropriate application which shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law and in the event of their prior arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. The Trial Court shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law. The petition and all pending application are disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed.
