The interim order passed by this Court dated 18th October, 2016 is directed to continue till such time, the arbitral tribunal passes an order varying, modifying or vacating the said interim order in accordance with law in an application that may be filed by either party under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. In the meanwhile, the bank guarantee shall be kept alive.
