But it is submitted by learned counsel for plaintiff that the sale deed, executed by the defendant bears endorsement that the same has been booked by the MCD for some violations, which fact had not been revealed to the plaintiff earlier.

After some discussions, learned counsel for both sides seek an adjournment.

As requested, a copy of the application under consideration be furnished to counsel for plaintiff today itself.
