The present petition is filed impugning the order dated 15.05.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No. 64/2017 whereby the interim maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month granted in favour of the respondent was enhanced to Rs.10,000/- per month. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1, in between, has suffered an accident resulting into an amputation of his upper limb. A medical certificate to this effect has been placed on record. 3.

The maintenance petition is stated to be pending before the Family Court. In view of the petitioner's stated medical condition, the family court shall hear the parties afresh on the future interim maintenance 4.

In view of the above, the petition along with pending applications stands disposed of.
