1. The status report confirms that the marriage of the sister of the Petitioner is scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2017. The statements of neighbours and village Sarpanch in this regard have been recorded.

2. In that view of the matter, the Petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of three days beginning on 17th June, 2017 and ending on 20th June, 2017, subject to the following conditions: a) The Petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of his brother of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court;

b) mobile numbers of the brother who furnishes the surety and one other close relative will be provided to the Investigating Officer and those mobile numbers will be kept active throughout the period of interim bail;

c) The Petitioner will reside at the address indicated during the period of interim bail and no attempt to contact or interfere with any of the witnesses in the case and;

d) the appellant will promptly surrender in the forenoon of 20th June, 2017 to the jail authorities.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
