% 08.03.2019 Mr. Sudhir Nandrajog, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that under Amnesty Scheme of respondents Nos. 1 and 2/ North-DMC, the petitioner has paid the requisite sum which has been accepted by North-DMC. Ms. Madhu Tewatia, learned Special Counsel for North-DMC confirms that the same has been received. She further states that in view thereof the Warrant of Distress dated 01.06.2017 does not survive and may be treated as having been withdrawn.

Nothing survives in this petition and Mr. Sudhir Nandrajog seeks to

withdraw the same.
