% 16.06.2017 The incident is the off-shoot of a trifle issue, apparently, of a road rage.

Injuries to the victim as per the MLC are simple. The applicant is in JC since 19th May, 2017 and no more required for further investigations.

In totality of the facts and circumstances, the appellant is admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of ₹ 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/MM/Link MM/duty MM.

The application stands disposed of.
