O R D E R

% 10.08.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.160/2017, under Section 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Paharganj, Delhi. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and further submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation in terms of the direction given by this Court and nothing is to be recovered from his possession and prays that the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail.

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application. He, however, on instructions from the Investigating Officer has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with

one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and he shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court below. The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J AUGUST 10, 2017 'dc'
