This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order by W.P.(C) 10018/2016
setting aside the order of the Delhi School Tribunal dated 14.9.2016, inasmuch as, the order of the Delhi School Tribunal holds the disciplinary authority constituted by the School as violative of Rules 118 and 120 of the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973 without specifying as to how and in what manner the constitution of the disciplinary committee is violative of Rules 118 and 120. In fact, the judgment of the tribunal is, therefore, a non-speaking judgment and, accordingly, with consent the judgment of the tribunal dated 14.9.2016 is set aside with directions to the tribunal to hear the parties and pass a speaking judgment as to if the disciplinary committee is or is not violative of the provisions of Rules 118 and/or 120 of the Delhi School Education Rules.
