% 29.11.2016 This appeal is directed against the order dated 30.08.2016 which, inter alia, disposed of two applications, being IA 9751/2014 and IA 2205/2013. Insofar as the order pertaining to IA 9751/2014 is concerned, we are disposing of the appeal with the direction that any observation made by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order will not, in any way, effect the criminal proceedings which have been initiated by the appellant. No other interference is called for. As regards the order passed in IA 2205/2013, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that he does not wish to pursue this application any further inasmuch as he would be moving an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge requiring the respondent to make a deposit of the alleged balance sale consideration.
