% 06.02.2018 Counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instruction to delete petitioners no.1 to 6 & 8 from the array of parties as they stand on a different footing than the other petitioners.

As prayed, the writ petition on behalf of petitioners no.1 to 6 & 8 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law. All legal objections of the respondents are kept open. Let the amended memo of parties be filed.

Mr. Abhishek, counsel for the petitioners submits that till the TVC is constituted, the present petitioners may be accommodated and allowed to vend/squat in any other area in Delhi. Mr. Gupta, on instructions, submits that at present no area is available.

Mr. Gupta also disputes the averments made in the writ petition.

Counsel for the petitioners wishes to make a representation before the respondent. As prayed, leave is also granted to the petitioners to approach the TVC as and when it becomes functional.

With liberty as prayed, the writ petition stands disposed of. CM APPL 16847/2017 also stands disposed of.
