This is an application seeking permission for withdrawal of the suit. It is reported that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 13th December, 2022, as per which they have appointed a Conciliator. In view thereof, Plaintiff does not wish to pursue the present suit. Application is allowed and disposed of.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Next date of hearing i.e. 8th July, 2024 before the ld. Joint Registrar stands cancelled. All pending applications, if any, are disposed of. Parties shall be bound by the settlement agreement.
