% 12.06.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, containing better particulars inter alia identifying the exact address of the premises from where he claims to be running a taxi stand and which, according to him, are in jeopardy at present. Leave and liberty are granted as prayed for.
