CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 10.03.2016 This Court has been informed that the trial is in progress but for one reason or the other, the case is not moving forward. The suit relates to the year 2007. Contention of the petitioner before this Court is that the essential services including water supply has been denied to the petitioner and he is facing great hard-ship.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not be pressing this petition on merits but he prays that a direction may be given to the concerned Court to expedite the trial. Noting the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the hearing of the case and preferably dispose of the suit within an outer limit of 10 month from the receipt of the order.
Petition disposed of.
