% 11.03.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition, though she is seeking liberty to move a fresh petition after the criminal case arising out of FIR no.504/2001 of police station Samay Pur Badli involving offences punishable under Sections 363, 368, 120B, 34 IPC registered at the instance of the second petitioner, the second respondent being an accused therein has been decided.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
