All these applications contain the terms and conditions governing the settlement between the parties. In view of the settlement, the suit stands disposed of. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

As per Section 16A of the Court Fee Act read with Section 89 CPC, 50% of the court fee be refunded to the plaintiff. The certificate to this effect be issued.
