O R D E R

% 29.11.2016 The learned counsel for the respondent submits that refund claim has been processed and the order for refund of the amount together with interest will be made.

The order shall indicate the amounts remitted in the petitioner's account within a week.

In case of any discrepancies, the petitioner may approach the concerned officer and make appropriate application which will be decided by the respondent within 30 days of its filing. The order shall also indicate separately, breakup of the interest amount. The writ petition is disposed off.
