Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been engaged by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the petitioner. He submits that ongoing through the file it would be appropriate if instead of pursuing the present petition, leave be granted to withdraw the same and file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. 2.
The present petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending applications. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh petition based on the same cause of action, in accordance with law. HIMA KOHLI, J.
