O R D E R

% 28.01.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and also challenges communication dated 9th August, 2018 whereby his application for parole was rejected on the ground that he has already availed furlough for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 26th March, 2018.

A perusal of the Nominal Roll reveals that the petitioner has been granted regular parole and furlough and in the year 2018 he availed only two furlough for a period of two weeks each. There is no allegation that the petitioner misused the parole so granted.

Considering the verification report and the Nominal Roll of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a W.P.(CRL) 2718/2018

period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
