% 22.11.2016 This is an appeal against the order dated 16.09.2016 passed by a learned single Judge of this Court in I.A. No.6736/2016 which was an application filed by the appellant under Order VII Rule 14 CPC for taking on record certain documents. The learned single Judge has observed in the impugned order that the recording of the evidence in the suit is over and the same has been listed in the category of 'Finals' for hearing final arguments. It is at this stage that the application for taking on record the documents has been filed. The learned counsel for the appellant candidly submits that the documents were available with the appellant throughout but due to inadvertence have not been filed. The learned single Judge has exercised his discretion in not granting leave to take the documents on record. We see no reason to interfere with the decision of the learned single Judge.
