O R D E R

% 24.10.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant has lodged the FIR No. 527/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/307/34 IPC after five years of the marriage. As regards allegations of demand of dowry and harassment against the petitioner are concerned, same are general in nature. No allegations have been levelled by the complainant in the FIR against the petitioner, who is her mother-in-law, to attract the ingredients of offence under Sections 307/34 IPC. No overt act has been assigned to her nor is there any statement that she tried to strangulate the complainant or assisted the co-accused in any manner.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in

case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
