% 29.11.2016 It is stated that for two quarters, the refund was approved and the balance refund was rejected long ago. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the refund rejection order was never communicated. In the circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the request of refund for the other two quarters of AYs 201011 and 2011-12 as well and pass appropriate orders within two weeks and intimate that the amounts are remitted to the petitioner's account for all the four quarters.

In case of any discrepancy, the petitioner shall file appropriate application which shall be decided by the VATO within 30 days of

the filing.
