1. Allowed subject to all just exceptions W.P.(C) No.5287/2017

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner informs that Court that after the impugned order dated 31st May, 2017 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), the Petitioner filed an application before the General Court Martial (GCM) seeking stay of the proceedings before the GCM and that the said stay application was rejected by the GCM.

3. If that be so, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate legal redress against the said order of the GCM in accordance with law. WP (C) 5287/2017

4. No case is made out for interference with the impugned order of the AFT. The petition is dismissed.
