% 26.09.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks quashing of FIR No. 65/2008 dated 24/02/2008 registered under sections 394/34 of IPC at Police Station, Harinagar.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petition is infructuous because the petitioners already stand convicted after trial. The case is now listed for sentencing on 28.12.2018. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition at this stage with liberty to take recourse to law, as may be available to them.
