% 25.10.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties. As per the Status Report filed, besides the present FIR being FIR No.177/1991 under Section 302 IPC registered at PS Jahangirpuri wherein the petitioner has been convicted and undergoing sentence the petitioner was involved in other FIR being FIR No.571/1996 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at PS Jahangirpuri and also FIR No.573/1996 under Section 5 of Explosive Act and sections 121/121A/122/ 123/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Jahangirpuri. Though the petitioner has been acquitted in FIR No.571/1996 he was convicted in FIR No.573/1996 and has undergone the sentence awarded. In the present case the petitioner was granted parole by the Government w.e.f. 21st March, 2009 to 4th April, 2009 when the petitioner jumped the parole and could be re-arrested only on 21st April, 2010. Considering the Nominal Roll and the earlier conduct of the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
