% 02.02.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no. 1 who is married to an Indian citizen i.e. petitioner no. 5, has given birth to a child on 27.06.2016 who is arrayed as petitioner no. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner no. 4 is an Indian citizen, the petitioner being the mother of minor Indian child would also have the additional right of visitation and stay in the country. She submits that a representation would be made to the respondents for granting extension of Visa for further period of six months and also for an X-category Visa to enable the petitioner to visit Uzbekistan and also to take care of petitioner no. 4 in India. Learned counsel for respondent submits that as and when such an application is made, the same shall be considered in accordance W.P.(C) 10401/2016
with law.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the receipt of the same in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed of. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J FEBRUARY 02, 2017 'rs'
