The parties in this suit for specific performance of an Agreement of Sale of immovable property, permanent injunction and for damages were vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 referred to Mediation Cell of this Court. 2.
Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Arun Aggarwal, Advocate / Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 5th February, 2019 purporting to be signed by the plaintiff, defendant no.1 Alka Nanda Suri, defendant no.2 Ritika Suri as well as by Mr. Jaspreet Singh Kapur, son of Mr. Inderjit Singh Kapur as confirming party and the counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendants and the mediator has been received. 3.
The plaintiff appearing in person and the counsel for both the defendants support the Settlement Agreement dated 5th February, 2019 and inform that in terms of the settlement, a sale deed has also been executed and registered on 11th February, 2019. It is further stated that possession of the property has also been received.

A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 5th February, 2019 which shall form part of the decree sheet. 5.
Decree sheet be drawn up.
