After addressing arguments at some length, when learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned judgment dated 29.05.2018 on merits, he states that he may be granted liberty to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to approach the Tribunal for seeking review of the impugned judgment dated 29.05.2018.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
